Our company internal technician grading test concluded
In line with to encourage all of our staffs to set up a good atmosphere of love of learning, to really build our company into a learning enterprise, to build a fair salary system, and greatly to stimulate staffs’ enthusiasm of studying technology,human resources department held the first technician grading test in the conference room in October 11, 2012.A total of 32 staffs from six departments participated in the test.Through the test,the staffs clearly know their own strengths and insufficient.The test also guided the staffs’ future work.
In the preparation for the exam, all branches and departments actively organized staffs to learn and exchange, and formed a atmosphere of “pursue,help and exceed”among colleagues.At the same time of helping others,staffs also learned the unknown knowledge and skills.This will be a great help to their future work.Our company's human resources department combined with branch heads scored and graded the personnels who took part in the test. The result has been reported to all branches and departments.
