Company Internal Training of Senior Staff

From 2/11/2014 to 2/12/2014, Company held the 2014 company internal training of senior staff in new factory district. Based on the production status, business circumstance and management problems of 2013, Company special invited Lu Jun to give training about effective execution in 2/11, who came from ShenZhen ZhongXun Com. Ltd.

In the morning of 2/12, Ma Tieguang deputy general manager hosted the meeting, each department discussed on the three main aspects affecting the profits, the structure of the main cost of the project, the influencing factors of project organization work. Thereafter, QHSE department minister analyzed the typical safety cases and puts forward requirements for safety work. Finally, Xu Xiaohua chairman gave a summary of the project manager problem.

This training aims to adjust the mentality of company senior leadership, enhance team execution.
